      6l80e Shifter options

I have a 6l80e and am looking for shifter options. I am about to buy a column too. Is there a column shifter or floor shifter(aftermarket) for these?
      Anyone already been through this?

I used the Speartech shifter because it has tap shift buttons. It is huge. I can’t remember what car it is from.

You could also use an Ididit column shift with their shift cable kit.

I'll take a look. Ididit told me they don't support the 6L80e, but maybe its just me that needs to figure out the lever throw...

It’s really no different than any other transmission. Ididit says they support the 4L80E but I had to adjust the linkage to get enough travel and the bracket needed mods too.

Been using the Lokar sport shifter (floor shift) for the 6L80 and the ford 6R80, works well.

I just purchase this shifter from Pace Performance, similar to Speartech.

I'm thinking about using this, I miss the horseshoe shifter and this will let you keep paddle shifting ability. No thumb switch, but I'd never use that anyway.
