      Trouble with mail box

      I've had this ongoing but intermittent problem for awhile now. My replies to PM's are not sent, sometimes I can't even type a reply but then when it does work I hit send and check the sent mail and nothing is there. I've tried buying and selling something and communication stops ! Anyone else have this problem ?
