      LSA Detroit Speed frame A/C

Has anyone put an LSA in a DSE sub frame (2nd gen Camaro) and used the GM drive/pulley system. My guess is that the A/C compressor will have clearance issues (with the frame)? I was wondering if the Holley low mount bracket with the Sanden compressor solves the clearance issues?? Any input / Pics would be appreciated.

They did with Lou's Change. Build threads under pro-touring.com or lateral-g.net. Also videos of the build and the subframe modification on their webpage.

I just did it on my buddies 1st gen. You have about a 1/16 of a inch from the frame to the back of the compressor. Honestly it would be very easy to gain the clearance needed in the subframe. Now if you are using set back mounts I doubt it would work
