FAST EZ EFI 1.0 Air Fuel Ratio

Was hoping folks familiar with this system could help me out. I've got 1800 miles on my 355 SBC with an EZ EFI 1.0 system. I had an issue with my TPS a few weeks ago when I was cruising and there was a major hesitation at around 2k rpm unless I downshifted. Replacing the TPS fixed that issue, but I started to notice my AFR seemed to jump all over the dang place. I did put in a new 304 stainless exhaust a year ago, but I'm pretty certain that everything is tight and sealed from getting ambient air into the exhaust. My Target AFRs are:

      Idle: 13.5
      Cruise: 14
      WOT: 12.7

I have two videos of my handheld at cruise (2200-2400 rpm) and at idle (800 rpm). Does this seem erratic and all over the place? I have a second bung in my passenger bank collector, so I'll give that a shot and see if anything changes. It does seem like the engine runs a bit rich when warming up in the garage. Is there anything wrong with the o2 sensor? I probably should have been paying attention to the AFR's but this is the first time I'm really watching closely.
