Connecting to e67 Ecu for ac fan control on a LS Swap

I used an E67 for 2010 Malibu V6, I think. I had a fellow in Texas convert it to 2012 ZR1 (since my engine was an LS9) operating system. I'll bet PCM of NC can do something similar.

John would this work if I took a production e67, reflashed it with my gmpp tune and used it to run a gmpp crate ls3? The gmpp ls3 376/480 ecu is an e67, but the production ecu for a corvette or camaro is an e38
