      Baer Remaster Banjo Bolt Leaking

I've haven't had any luck on getting the m/c front banjo bolt to seal. I've tried new crush washers, aluminum and copper, and had the banjo lines resurfaced so they are 100% flat. They were pretty rough when they were shipped from Baer. They are torqued to 12lbs as the instructions, but the banjo bolt itself is only engaging about 3 threads. This is all part of the kit from Baer and I would have thought they would be fine, but should I order longer banjo bolts to get more thread depth?

Maybe it’s just the angle of the photo, but it looks like the banjo bolt is crooked, like it’s cross threaded?
