      Clear over art

Truck will be base cleared with ppg, got someone to do flames on it, they said they use oneshot enamel and wicked transparent acrylic auto paint for the art, the question is, whats best to put over the art? Straight to urethane clear or use an intercoat (clear basecoat), and then urethane clear?
My concern is lifting of the oneshot or acrylic enamel.

I would recommend using the same clear as what is currently over your basecoat to reduce variables. Whoever is doing your artwork needs to add the catalyst from the clear into the lettering enamel to prevent lifting, 3-4 drops per ounce is usually enough. If I remember, wicked is waterborne, so that shouldn’t be an issue.
