Is it possible or practical to widen a rim?

I really like the look of a Magnum wheel, but they’re way out of my budget which is about $300 per wheel. The closest thing I found is a Rev 109 wheel, but it doesn’t come in the size I want. It is an 18x9, but I need an 18x10 for my desired tire setup.

So my question is: Is it possible or even practical to buy this wheel and have it widened? Better yet, if anyone knows a wheel that looks like this and is 18x10, can you please send a link?

      Thank you

Weldcraft in Michigan, it's going to run you about $180-200 per wheel with shipping back and forth plus the initial cost of the wheels.
