Bellcrank for pushrod suspension or shocks, off the shelf?

I'm just wondering if anyone sells an off the shelf bell crank, or if I have to make one? My rear shocks are binding as the suspension is quite low and the shocks are on quite a steep angle

Bellcrank nearly defines the motion ratio of the setup by itself. An "off-the-shelf" unit might not work for your intended natural frequency or packaging. You may end up with too much shock travel per inch of body movement, or the opposite and you nearly can't tune it when running a proper spring rate for the corner's weight.



Out of all the parts necessary to run a push or pullrod, the bellcrank is something you want to match your setup, which is likely why you aren't finding something like this "off-the-shelf". They aren't complicated to make out of welded plasma cut plate and a machined bearing race.

I'm certainly not a suspension guru, but I have designed a pull-rod suspension for an FSAE car from scratch.
