      Dics brake swap nightmare..need help

      Ok
I got a complet kit for a front disc brake swap power assisted
      Rear are drum.
originaly was a single pot master cylinder for all drum.
Kit came with everything needed, a small booster for tight fit , 1 inch master corvette styl , brakes line ,metric caliper ,proportioning valve , rubber flex line ,rotor etc..
      Installation went well

      -Caliper/ braket /rotor are square
      - no leaks
      - yes each caliper bleeding screw are facing up
      - booster pushrod to M/C is adjusted
      - master cylinder bench bleedeed ,bench bleeded as well at angle front pore lower than back pore( you always find more bubble that way )
master cylinder installed in the car with both pore plugged , engine on or off , i get a rock hard pedal my guess master cylinder is good ?

I bled the system sooooooooo many times..i think i could do it in the dark...
I did the 2 person method..pump pump pump crack bleeder
      I also pressure bleeded

      Well the issue get interesting....

Engine off i have a decent hard pedal
Turn on the Engine pedal goes to the floor....
If i test drive the car...the front caliper dont grab ****..only back drum are working...i wint even try to go more than 15 mph..

Most interresting i did a pressure test at the caliper with a gage that screw where the bleeder screw goes
and i get around 1100 psi....( this one i dont get it ...1100 psi and caliper dont grabe rotor ??)

I also swap master for a 1-1/8 bore...its even worse...

      Any input ? Thanks
