      Hello from Central California

New to group, I was searching for information on the dodge 8 speed automatic transmission. My project? 1968 dodge crewcab. I have been driving this truck for two years now, it has a ton of history. It was used to haul a top fuel car in the 80’s. YouTube Titan express, these guys were real deal. The truck has a 440 stroked with billit 383 crankshaft. 512 overall, but the drivetrain was worn hard from towing 28000 lb loads! So begins a new chapter. I have picked up a 2016 ram 5.7 Hemi and 8 speed automatic transmission.
I also am the proud owner of a 1946 dodge wc 1/2 ton truck.
