I was just thinking this weekend that I need to reach out and check up on your status...

The White/Black is awesome...I think we had a txt chat about that awhile back. Still on my mind but I think I'm going a different route. Viper Red would never be a bad choice as well.

How about just black. And not just any black, but the blackest black any black car has ever been.

This car will look photoshopped, but it isn't. I was kinda wondering how it might work as a laser defense coating.

Cannot do the solid black I got a black Duramax HD and wife has a Black 02 TA.
      So I gotta be different.
I really dig the Snowblind Camaro scheme but but looking at a few Viper red and white striped cars.
The thought I have is Glasurit Icy White with a black hood Matte, tail pan, carbon fiber spoilers and my Hood vents by Frank here on the. Forum to be titanium t match my forgeline ZX3rs with black barrels and titanium centers. Also have a. ridetech tiger cage in stainless and .
I really need a Portrait or Rendering done.

A little weekend progress. Got my spacer machined for between the bell and the T56. Make it at .625 and you got room for the Tilton 6000 and an LS9 d disc clutch. I checked deck of spacer torqued to bell for maximum of .005 variance. Averaged ..0039 Made longer dowel pins and such. Checked all clearance t insure I got .125 airgap on my Tilton TOB.
My TOB is all the way screwed down right on the adjustable mount. Good thing about that is if I switch to a McCleod clutch later I got room to stretch it since McCleod is alot shorter than the LS9 clutch.
This. Setup allowed me to run the larger pilot bearing instead of the needle bearing. Great thing about that is way easier to remove when the time comesName: IMG_20200919_152101.jpeg

looking good! Very similar build to what I plan for mine. Definitely jealous of your power plant.
Have you been happy with the quality of the speedtech package? I should be ordering mine soon.

Zero complaints on speedtech. Absolutely excellent fit, finish , and quality.
I bought my torque arm rear setup from a guy in Ms that didn't finish a build and my front pro touring subframe from a guy in IL that didn't finish his build. Both at about 15% under new cost .
      Speedtech is first class.
My power plant come from a Vette that a guy just had juiced up at Late Model Racecraft. Guy just had it done and crashed it. I ga e 8200.00 for it! With all accessories and ECM, pedal and all.

That's all great for sure, and I'll be the first to admit I cant do the quality work like some of these more experienced and I really bow to to you guys but very few take the plunge cutting up and taking chances like I'm doing with a 68 cam conv.

Few more updates mud room photos . It's in primer coat #1 PPG. Note the fiberglass grill surround insert will give this 67 a more of a. 69 recessed grill look. I'll either fabricate a stainless or aluminum grill.
      I haven't decided yet.Name: image000000.jpeg
