How to indentify BAER 6P caliper front or rear?

I have a pair of Baer 6P calipers that I want to sell but I don't know what is it made for.
The guy told me it is for 2005-2014 mustang front.
I just found out that the brackets are not for the front that is 100%. It looks like it would be good for the rear.
How can I identify if these calipers go to the front or the rear?
The numbers on the calipers are 0110-6P1107 and 1109-6P1004Name: IMG_1176.jpg

Best way is to call Baer and give them the part numbers.
The front and rear typically will have different piston diameters but you don’t have the other axle set to compare to.

I heard also that those are different by piston sizes . What about the 6P calipers itself? Are they vehicle specific or universal?

      They're universal.

Measure the diameter of the pistons and post up here - we might be able to help. I have the specs for the fronts in my files. Using my eyecrometer, I'd guess those are for the rear.

      A rough measurement gives: 1.18" / 1.10" / 1"

How this caliper would work on the front? I am just wondering...basically it would be still a big improvement compare to the factory setup for the guy who wants to buy it. He has a 2009 V6 mustang with a 11.53" rotor and floating caliper. Would you guys recommend that swap?

No those would not work well on the front. Piston area is under 3. Not adequate unless it’s a 1500lb car maybe.

      Thanks, it is a 2009 Mustang V6
The factory brake is a joke and the guy wants to improve it.
I am wondering what if we change the MC size for smaller to get more pressure to compensate the smaller pistons.

The stock mustang caliper is a 2 piston floating caliper with 2x 43mm piston. That has way bigger piston area I checked it already. Stock caliper has 4.49 and the Baer has 2.88

no you can't make that work. It will completely mess up the front to rear bias for one thing if you are running a single sized dual master.
