      Best fender covers?

Any tips or preferences? I've seen the foam ones from Summit and they say not to leave them on the car for extended periods.

I want to protect my paint.

I have a set of Moroso fender covers .But I only use them when needed. Otherwise they are stored in the trunk. For when you need them on the road.Other wise just use a car cover to protect the paint.I use a Wolf car cover .

These are by far my favorite fender covers. http://www.albertacom.com/members/cl...OrderInfo.html

They are stupid money and unusually hard to order. The guy walked in the shop one day did a demo and we bought a pair. I wish I had bough ten. He would triple his sales if he would put them on ebay or amazon.

Other than that, I wait for fleece blankets to be on sale and buy a bunch. Just tape them on and do your thing.

I have a pair of Summit Muscle Car fender covers and have been really pleased with them. They are longer than a standard cover and have magnets in them to hold them in place. These are not intended for long term storage.

Not worried about long term storage, just a few hours at a time in Texas heat. 55"!!!? My hood opening is only 44" total! What are these for a Chevelle or truck? These would hang six inches off the front of my car!

Fold the cover only when it is completely dry to minimize mildew. Also, pay attention to fold with keeping the fleece backing on the inside so that it does not collect debris. Store in a clean and dry place.

I have a complete one piece front cover that has a fleece lining, and fits '66 '67 Chevelle. I've had a few of these cars, so it gets a fair amount of use. Can't remember where it came from, but it works great. I remember the company makes a bunch of different covers. I'll dig around and see where it came from and post it, it is really nice
