New member in Iowa-1967 camaro shell

      Hello,

Brand new new to the forum. Finished a 1959 Austin Healey 100-6 that looks stock and has a LS-1 and disc brakes. Next project is a ‘67 camaro shell and this will be a father/son project with my 16yr old. We bought a LS3/TR6060 from a 2010 camaro ss and plan on replacing the front subframe and rear end. Looking at a Hotchkis front subframe with connectors to stiffen the unibody. Trying to find a light 9” rear end — low weight is a goal in this build. Maybe Currie?

Here are my other two builds. The 1950 truck was owned by my great grandfather and then my Dad and so we kept it mostly stock except for exhaust and wider wheels.

Cool Healey, my brother had a '59 3000 with an old school 327 in it. It was a rat, but what a panic. Yours looks pristine.

Thanks. Did some more research on the Hotchkis front subframe and rear end package. They use fox shocks with mild adjustability for a highway ride or for when you want to carve the canyons. I am leaning towards this company. Any experience with Hotchkis would be appreciated.
