69mustang coyote swap VSS

I have 5.0 Coyote swap in 1969 Mustang. I am using the M - 6017 - A 504 V Ford Racing Control Pack, but the computer does not see the speedometer. The meter is equipped with Dakota Digital but the speedometer is not moving here. I think the transmission is MT 82. How do I put the speedometer VSS in my computer?

Just want to confirm first you are using a gen 2 coyote engine with the controls pack part number you mentioned? I only ask because the engine cover is Gen 1. The major visual difference between a Gen 1 and Gen 2 coyotes other than the engine cover is the charge motion control valves installed at the rear of the intake. If your engine is a Gen 1, I highly suspect that the controls pack is actually the Gen 1 part number M-6017-A504VA. There is wiring in the controls pack for the VSS already. Alos, FYI, Ford racing did have 2 versions of the Gen 1 controls pack. With and without the speed dial. The speed dial was added to combat stalling issues when coyote swapped cars came to a stop.

I am thinking that my engine is 2011. I think that charge motion control valve actuator is not attached. The computer has 680540

Based on the picture of the PCM I believe you have Gen 1 controls pack, so I say yes. As a side note, Dakota Digital's website does not recommend the BIM-01-2 for the controls pack because it provides a limited amount of data.
