69 Camaro engine control harness installation location.

Ok guys I'm at the point of starting the wiring and looking for advice on where to mount things.
I have the vintage air installed so space under the dash is tight. The AC lines run up between the fender and the wheel tub through were the blower motor was. Also have the dash modified to accept a double din radio where the ash tray was. Plans also involve a console at some point.
I did install a grommet in the tunnel up close to the firewall (saw this on some DSE builds) in anticipation of future wiring.
Any tips on where to install the ECM and associated fuse box?
I have a feeling that I'm going to be loosing my glove box.
Will I need to add another access through the firewall, and if so where's a good location?

Depends on the ECM. I'm running the Holley Dominator ECM and it fit under my passenger seat. It's tight, and it's a pain to connect the USB cable, but it's out of the way and not taking up real estate behind my dash.

I'm using a gen 5 console and hid it under the front portion of the console under the dash. Works great and easy access to the port for upgrades or tuning.

If I remember correctly, those are pretty tall, so it may not fit under the passenger seat.

They fit nicely on the passenger side inner fender.

I mounted the fuse block to the core support where the battery was and made a bracket that mounts the ECM up under the passenger fender adjacent to the fuse block. Battery is in the trunk.
