      ZL1 brembo brake (2012)

I would like to install the 2012 Camaro ZL 1 brake on a 1970 Camaro front C4 spindle, rear 12-volt vehicle. Is there a bracket?

Bigbrakeupgrade.com is who I am working with on a kit for AFX and 12 bolt stuff for CTSV Gen2 units. I know the ZL1 stuff is very close to that (heard of slight offset issues on castings, but cannot confirm). I don't think anyone has done C4 stuff that I have found in my research yet.

So you put a full C4 spindle and control arm assembly with coil overs? That's some nice fab work. Seems if you did that you could just fab your own bracket for the calipers?

nice! Just get the right size rotors for those calipers that are speced for the C4 and figure out where the caliper needs to be and build a bracket to put it there.

Be diligent in your design work if going that route. When I was 15 I ripped two poorly executed caliper brackets off the car standing on the brakes at 100 trail braking into a turn in a light car on DOT tires.
