      McLeod T/O bearing 69 camaro TKO 600

Hey guys, anyone running a McLeod hydraulic T/O bearing set-up ?? What kind of "play" in the pedal do you have ?? My pedal pretty much is close to the floor and it seems like I have a 1/2 inch of "play". Almost feels like I cant press the pedal anymore without hitting the floor and I'm still in gear. All of the air appears to be bleed out. Also the pedal is adjusted all the way up. Hmmm.

Tomorrow I'll give them a call. Not to confident with Mcleod tech support to be honest. During my install of T/O bearing and clutch selection I received 5 different answers when I asked the same question to 5 diff techs.

I hate it when that happens. Did you make sure you have a proper airgap set?

Yes. I'm hoping I still have some air in the system even though it appeared I removed all the air when bleeding. I don't feel like removing trans again LOL. Thx

I don't have 1st hand experience with the Mcleod product but they have 2 TOB's .....#1300 for measurements A less than 3" & the #1400 one for measurements A more than 3". Double check any notes you might have. https://www.mcleodracing.com/index.p...-bearings.html
Another thing is the air gap, approx. .150" on a single disc or .200" on a dual disc but depends upon maufacturers.
I've decided to use Ram #78131 for my 5spd conversion but I'm not there yet.
