So the car is a 1967 Firebird. I am running a Pontiac 400, Richmond 6 speed, Ford 9" floater rearend. Wheels are 18x12 with 335's square. Suspension wise up front are Speedtech control arms, ridetech coilovers. Ron Sutton custom front sway bar. Rear is a Speedtech torque arm with ridetech coilovers and Ron Sutton custom sway bar.

I competed in several optima events in 2016 and 2017. This year I sat out while working on building my motorsports business (sometimes it's not fun to do the adult thing and not spend money on cars)

I have done all the work myself, body mods and paint as well. The car has several elements from each generation of the Firebird....Gen 1 car, Gen 2 Trans Am fender extractors, Gen 4 rear spoiler....now for the Gen 3, well that was the 80's which was a really tough times for design. I have not found a god Gen 3 element that works with the car yet.

This car was my first car and have had it since I was 16....37 years!

I like the outlandish look! No one will confuse it with another, that's for sure! The harness bar looks incredibly stout! Have you noticed accelerated bearing wear or other issues with the super deep dish wheels? Is the rear spoiler a 3rd gen item?

Thanks! No issues with wheel bearings, the rearend is a floater, and the front spindles are Speedtech Extremes, they use C6 Corvette bearing that are monsters.

The rear spoiler is actually from a 4th Gen. Other generations of the F body are represented in the build.
