Used 10" 304 stainless dowels epoxied in, instead of the 4" that came with the lift. We also braced it off at the top to the trusses in the ceiling.

This lift is probably one of the best investments I've ever made. FWIW

Thanks Don, I should have done this 15 years ago. We just installed an HVAC unit to heat and cool both sides about a month ago. So no more space heaters and window units. LOL

I just ordered the Challenger CL10V3 I believe is the correct #. Usa made. It's kinda asymmetrical and symmetrical technology.

Either a Bend pak or a Challenger,
I bought my challenger through NAPA. It arrived and the pump was bad. Called napa and a rep was at my shop that night. Next morning challenger rep called, we discussed and they overnighted the new pump. I had it the next day. It was about 4800.00. could have got the same lift online about 4450.00 but I seriously doubt the service would have been as good.
The challenger is built very heavy compared to some friends lifts, be it rotary, eagle, and bemdpak. I'm exceptionally pleased.
