Just as an update to this...

      I ordered a FK45 from DC Control.
I ordered it on a Friday, and it came in the next Monday.
Some other forums had said the DC Control unit was a long lead time.

Looks like a good unit, and it worked as it should right from the box.

I just ordered the FK95 with the 8 gauge for my dual Spals. Bat in trunk so wanted the beefier wires.

I’ve been sticking to HD relay setups for years now on the Marks-no inrush issues at all but I run a resistored setup so my Mark VIII fans run at 3 speeds using 2 temp switch inputs. Name: FC0F4D6B-D305-4A69-8340-888718CAC4E9.jpg

I gotta admit tho-as for controllers, DC Controls has the best pwm design imo-I just prefer mechanical control with control over amperage-a resistor circuit is tried and true and has never failed me.
