If oiling is an issue for your build what about the self contained turbos? Does comp still make those?

Yes Comp does make the self-contained turbos. They do require coolant lines to be plumbed to them.

The oil is not the heat source in a turbo.

What would run cooler? The engine? The turbo? The oil?

no real point to stand alone oil for turbo as said above oil isn't the source of the heat, if you're worried about heating the oil up install a cooler.
