Let's start with the simple stuff first - make sure you have some exhaust tubing after the O2 sensors, otherwise the O2 will read lean and the car won't stay running. I went thru similar situation with an Holley Dominator set up. Forgot to hook up the exhaust, and the car wouldn't stay running.

When I called the tech line they were able to check with the guy doing the tunes and tell me what they put in it. My take was they throw just about anything in it. If I was you I would send your ECM out for a mail order tune from Mike Norris or some other reputable tuner.

Until the engine is warmed up, it is going to run in open loop. In open loop the O2 sensors do nothing. This applies to OEM computers and to the Holley.

I know this is a bit out there but a few years back a did a L92/T56 into a 73 Camaro. DBW throttle. It started and ran but the throttle was goofy. Didn't idle great. Engine RPM didn't follow the pedal position normally. I spoke with the supplier and he suggested disconnecting the VSS sensor. Pedal and idle became more normal. Not perfect but better. Good enough to get it on the trailer and get it to the chassis tuner. The tuner said the ECM was pretty close but the supplier missed a couple of setting in the base tune that affects the DBW throttle. If I recall correctly the tuner said the ECM uses the VSS signal to smooth out the throttle operation? Try it and see if it helps.

Well we got it figured out. It was set up for the wrong pedal and there was a vacuum leak I missed. PSI customer service/ tech support was outstanding!
