1964 Olds Cutlass pro touring project

Bought this 2dr sedan back in 2021 as a long term project. My first ground up, frame off build. I have a 1971 Cutlass S thats turbo LS but its kinda just a put around town beater.

Bought a new frame, the one under the car had been wacked and pulled. Was all out of spec. No shops wanted to take it to be fixed. This frame came out from under a 65 gto, 389 4 speed car that got an art morrison chassis. Sent it to a buddy, have the HPI bracing kit installed.

Started mocking up suspension. UMI arms, with Speedway tall 2" drop spindles. Viking coilovers. Then added some Wilwoods.

Not pictured is a Borgeson steering box, and all proforged steering. Finished up mocking the front, and ripped it all off and threw it on a shelf to move onto the rear. UMI uppers and lowers with rotojoints. UMI cross brace and Viking coilovers. Picked up this Quick Performance 9" from their garage sale section with all the bells and whistles I wanted plus some. Waiting on my viking coilover brackets from Vector Force Industries since they dont fit with a QP rear.

How the car currently sits minus all the glass and trim now. Built a dolly from 4x4s and casters to roll it around the garage. Frame is being built between the two cars.Name: 300620093_1035855120374896_5888007173321783890_n_841a715589dbb262c0d0a0b966e645bdbdc0560a.jpg

Nice Olds! I'd love to pull the body off mine in the future and add a frame kit to it.

      Pics of the 71?

Had a mobile blaster come and blast the body. Ordered a bunch of sheet metal today but sadly a lot of what I need is out of stock from AMD. Waiting for rockers, firewall, and some other things to become available again.
