Fan Noise In My Vintage Air

Does anybody know how hard it is to get into the Vintage Air fan motor? A couple of months back it made a noises coming from the fan area and I’m dreading tearing into it. Ugh

You can see the entry end of mine from under the dash. I've never thought abut how hard it would be to remove. Sounds like something might of dropped into the fan. At least I would think that before a faulty fan.

This sounds more like a bearing failure

Please PM me or give our tech line a call. We'll get you fixed-up. Blowers are typically very reliable, but if there's a problem with it, it's relatively simple to replace. Usually, debris gets sucked into the wheel such as napkins, kleenex, etc.

The bearings typically outlast the brushes, which should easily go 3000+ hours.
