Help with cold air intake ideas for blow through D1SC set-up on SBC in 67 Camaro

I am having an intercooler installed and need some ideas on a cold air set-up but the space is very limited.
What have you guys done out there?
1967 Camaro with a SBC, CPP Hydro-boost brakes.
I can only fit the small cone filter as it is but it is taking in the heat from the headers.

If i am seeing it correctly, space looks pretty tight in that photo. You may have better luck attempting to address the heat coming off of the header. Ceramic coatings, fiberglass wrap, heat shielding, etc. are all options to consider. If you are still worried about air intake temps, you could look into water methanol injection

Have someone fab up a pipe to come off the inlet to the procharger and move the intake to the back of the engine behind the carb under the cowl
