I found some pretty sweet shots someone took from the last AutoX of the season. It was a 2 day event, I tried running some RE-71r’s on the first day, they were only a 255 and felt like I could easily blow them off under power. On day 2 I ran my 555r drag radials that are 275 and they ran a bunch better. Missed winning by .2 so all in all not bad.

Nice ride sir! I am working on a 76 Monte. What size tires and wheels are you using and do you have any clearance issues?

Thank you! I typically use a 275-40r 17 for autoX with no issues. I have a set of cruising wheels that I did a spectator eliminator race with 275-35r18 on the front and 295-40r18 in the back I thought for sure would rub but didn’t.

Nice to see your doing well in AutoX.

I have since made an update from my posting on page 2.
I built a Supercharged 6.0 "LS" ( truck block) in my garage and backed it with a 4l80E. Also , Picture from the last time I had the car out ... last week of October.

I hoping this year I can rebuild the motor. I’ve been asking a lot out of it the last couple years. That car is beautiful!
