    65 Mustang Inline 6 turbo = GT250.

I have already started my build. I am build a 65 Mustang with a Inline 6 250 with a Turbo. It should make about 350-400HP and 400-450TQ. I already have a complete custom interior from TMI. I am in the middle of my paint and body. I have stripped the car to bare metal. Cut out the rust and welded in new metal. I am working on getting my fiber glass pieces from Mustangs to Fear fitted. I still have to install my complete front suspension from Street or Track.

    Plans for the compete build.

Body: Fiberglass from Mustangs to Fear including 68 Shelby style hood, one piece upper nose, front valance, tight fit bumper, rear spoiler and end caps, tight fit rear bumper and rear valance. Blacked out trim, Ring Brother's door handles and hood pins, 68 Shelby tail lights, custom I6 gas cap.

Interior: Custom black and orange from TMI.

Suspension: tubular control arms and coilovers from Street and Track.

Engine/trans: Ford 250 inline 6 with Classic Inlines alum head, Yella Terra roller rockers, Clay Smith cam, DUI dist, FiTech EFI, Tanks Inc EFI tank, Turbo with custom Manifold, Alum drive shaft, 1969 Mustang radiator, T5 with billet steal flywheel.

I love the concept! Looks like a very well thought out build, with a great selection of top shelf parts. Can't wait for more updates.

Here is the first few steps of my engine build from a few years ago. The bottom end was not touched so my C/R was 8.5-1. I changed to a Weber 34/36 2bbl carb, DUI and headers. Finally got the money to buy and installed the Alum head and intake, 1.65 roller rockers from Yella Terra, Clay Smith 264/264 110 cam, Dual roller timing chain, performance balancer, Autolite 2bbl. Headers with dual 2" exhaust with a x pipe. I also switched from a C4 to a T5. Here is a link to the Mustang Monthly article in the build.http://www.mustangandfords.com/how-t...inder-engines/ About a year later I rebuild the bottom end with flat top pistons and zero deck the block. That raised my C/R to 10.5-1. Sadly the machine work was bad and my rings never sealed and lots of blow by. The clearance should have been .0015 but it was .0045. I guess that is what I get for not double check the shops work. Even that it made 165 RWHP and 185 RWTQ. So I am guessing I could have gotten about 20 more to each if is was bored correct. Enjoy

Looking good so far. I really like the interior.

I always thought it would be interesting to do something similar with a 300 six.

Installed the Mustangs to Fear upper nose and front valance. Fitment was very good for fiberglass parts. Of course I will have to massage a couple of spots but very happy with them.

More pics I have made some good progress. I have bonded the Mustangs to Fear rear spoiler on, all welding is done and started to spread filler.
