Second segment of the tunnel has been welded in. A bezel (seen in bottom right corner) is in process which will have a groove all the way around; carpet will fit into the groove.

After having the Roadrunner dash powdercoated, I changed directions and bought a 1968 Charger Rallye dash frame off one of the facebook trader pages for $100 plus shipping. Here it is in place:

I also picked up a set of Dakota Digital gauges.

Maybe I missed it, but is it a stock IRS? From what vehicle?

In one of his posts he says he parted out a few SRT8s and had parts laying around. I assumed srt8 rear? Could be wrong tho.

I've parted out 50+ SRT8's so yes it was an SRT IRS. In hindsight, Matt said he would probably design his own IRS since modifying the IRS work has been a lot more effort then planned!

Inner wheel tub time! The inside edge of the inner tub was cut out on both sides. I new AMD inner tub will be welded in. In essence, this does the same job as adding the widening strip, which can be purchased.

I really love your build. You've done some really nice fab work getting the IRS in there! Keep up the updates. I think that finishing this car will help get your Cuda finished, as it will guide the direction you want it to go. Are you using a newer Challenger heater box too? I wish more mopar builds were like this one!!

Thanks! I appreciate the encouragement. The AC/Heat will be done with Vintage Air. It's already been mocked up. As far as the barracuda goes, it's on the back burner while I get this one going. I wanted a "simpler, faster" project but every project snowballs on me to some extent.

The AMD rear window lower corner patches weren't even close to being right. They took a ton of work to make them look right. Right rear window corner patch progression:

It took a ton of work to make the window edge parallel the rear window trim this well.
