Custom Headers
I am looking for a set of Headers for a C63 AMG Mercedes and the only thing that I have been able to find are crazy expensive. Mercedes guys call it the AMG tax but I'd like to try not to pay $3000 for a set of long tube headers. I thought for that price I could go the custom route. Anybody have any suggestions ?
For those of you not familiar with the C63 it comes from the factory with a hand built naturally aspirated 6.2 L making 451 hp and 450 tq. The C class is the baby brother to the more powerful E, S, and SL class Mercedes but uses the same engine so it is very detuned from the factory. With simple mods like air boxes, exhaust and a tune its capable of making 550 hp to the wheels and running low 11's... all in a 4 door sedan.
