      Hi everyone !

Front side of the mold of the spoiler done, need to finish it to have a perfect flat surface.

Next step rear side of the mold that is used as a bracket. Assembled it will be a complete spoiler.

I ve oredered the carbon fiber, a professionnal seller advice me to use "High resistance sergé 2/2 193gr/m2 3k carbon fiber" and applying 2 coats.

Bernardo that's a lot of work to build molds I see. Looks like you got it whipped. Keep up the progress and photos.

Thx Jason, yes it s not really difficult but it spends a lot of time to build a good mold cause it needs to be thick like 3/8 not to wrap and be sure to build the best final part as possible.

Carbon fiber received, this is hard to believe it's so strong when finished, raw carbon fiber is so thin, so light it's almost more fragile than a sheet of paper

Damn! How’d they get AWD? Crazy what can be done to these cars.

Yesterday I finished a new way to control boodt with 2 boost controller. I believed having 1 boost controller per turbo would be better than 1 but no this is useless, however having a dual setup like photos below gives you the advantages of a 3 port solenoid that has a better résolution than a 4 port and the advantage of a 4 port that you can extend boost range by using a smaller wastegate spring but reaching a higher boost presssure than a 3 port solenoid but wihout sacrifying resolution.

This is interesting for launch control cause I ll be able to start with a smaller wastegate spring but achieve the goal of 30 psi of boost. With my last setup I ve used a 11psi spring to achieve a maximum of 26 psi of boost that is a 2.4:1 ratio. I will try a 5 psi spring and see and learn how to set it with 2 duty tables

Awesome Bernardo. Now you need to post one with you really into the throttle!
I'm about two weekends away from a test fire. Still working lights and small stuff

Small outing this morning and new "record" with a 84-115mph in 1.6s without increasing the boost, still 26psi.

The 2 other photos you can see the red curve is speed with a 52-115mph in 5.4s which may seem bad but looking closely at the 2 crests in 2nd gear, it slips up to 94mph, then I shift in 3rd gear it goes down to 84mph then it sticks up to 115mph.

Soon I'll try a 60-120mph in 3rd gear but with the results today it wouldn't surprise me to be under 3.5s

Thx a lot ! I can't imagine now how to tune a car without all these data and finally my fuel pressure problem was because of the fuel line too small. -8an for 6gpm is way too small and I lose about 30psi of pressure on 30ft long. -12an would be perfect but 2x-8an works well now and I was able to set the base fuel pressure at 58psi instead of 43.5psi and fuel consumption at 280kpa drops from allmost 800lph to about 530lph at 85 psi of fuel pressure. The car works better and drinks less

Photo below one thing we saw with a friend is on my last log, we see that rpm drops but speed continues to goes up, why ?

When a clutch is dead rpm goes up and speed drops.

Does my clutch can't hold the max torque ? It's rated at 1169ft/lbs with street discs, will I be compelled to change my street discs by race discs to hold more torque ?

      Hello everyone

Some asked for a 60-120 on video, here it is done but not obvious lol

I was in 3rd gear then shift to 4th gear at 124mph, boost really comes around 75mph.

Photo below a log for a 1st try before the video, 62.5-119 starting at 6psi boost up to 26psi. I'll let you do the math for a 60-120

It was not the same section of road on the log and the video, you will notice that tires slips before sticking again, I needed to put less throttle then at 124 mph shift to 4th gear.

There was too much traffic to do any more tests, not being unconscious either, I stopped.

      Speed is in kph

Finally 1st true 150-250 kph ( 95-155 mph ) in 4th gear at 100% throttle and beginning of serious ignition table tuning.

5.473s not bad for a 50 yo car, I m between a Bugatti veyron 1200hp that runs 6.5s and a Chiron that runs a bit less than 5s.
