Several numbers here without any traction control or launch control or pit lane limiter

      50-75 mph 1.338s
      50-100 mph 4.675s 0.65s lost by shifting 3rd gear
      50-110 mph 5.144s shifting to 4th gear at 6000rpm instead of 7300.

And fuel flow of 25lph at 80mph 6th gear at 2150 rpm so about 12mpg with E85

These numbers will be upgraded as soon as I ll go to dyno to set the spark, VE and AFR table correctly

Some news here, next step will be to try pit lane limiter and launch control to have a base time for 0-60mph 0-125mph and 60-125 mph allways without traction control.

An other project is added now will be to buy a PPG kit to have a sequential manual T56. It's very expensive but it's best of the best transmission and will bring my car to supercar world

Some new photos with a new model and logs with interesting numbers

      90-125 mph 3.937s tps at about 60%
      125-160 mph 3.884s tps at about 75%

Next step 60-125 mph and just ordereda boost controller to go to 30psi of boost instead of 26 for the moment.

For the moment I can't connect my active ABS sensors to the ms3-pro ( I don't give up ) so I can't activate traction control but there is an other interesting strategy to avoid wheel spinning and losing time is to turn closed loop boost control on and activate boost control per gear detection

What I want to try is to run 17psi ( base wastegate spring ) on 1st gear then 22 psi on 2nd gear then 30 psi on 3rd and last gears

I ve bought a AEM boost controller and plumb it as if I had high back pressure cause for the moment I can't measure back pressure.

After watching HP academy courses on boost control and wiring the boost controller, I m ready to set it on road

1st using open loop method that is the easiest, we just have to set a boost duty on a rpm/throttle table

2nd using closed loop method, more accurate than open loop method by using a boost target table and a other duty table but this time on target boost vs rpm axis

Hello everyone, some news yesterday 1st test of closed loop boost control, this is only the beginning, there will be changes in the tables. As a reminder, my goal is to control the boost compared to engaged gear to have a certain amount and avoid tire slipping. And it works! In 2nd gear at 19psi of boost it slowly starts to lose traction. For the moment it is the simplest way in closed loop control. As soon as I reached the max 30psi boost, I could only tweak it using the advanced method with the PID control. On the 80-180 kph curve in 5.5s (too slow and I will explain why later) we see the green curve at the bottom for the boost and the red curve for the gear engaged. If you look closely at 2nd gear the boost oscillates while in 3rd gear it is quite flat as soon as it reaches 24 psi cause it has not reached the max target of 300kpa It is because it tries to keep the limit of 19 psi but it exceeds then it goes down again ... etc this is where the PID comes in, the Proportional gain will make it possible to reach the target faster, the Derivative gain will make it possible not to exceed the target and the Integral gain will prevent it from oscillating. About the 80-180kph in 5.5s, the 2 curves next to it are the shift time of 0.6s and the time between the moment I let go of the throttle pedal at 151.9kph and the moment when in 3rd I go back to this same speed, loss of 20kph and more than 2s which is enormous! It is possible to reduce this time with the flatshift function and the top would be a sequential transmission where the loss of time when changing gear and in kph is minimal. By removing this loss of more than 2s, that makes an 80-180 in 3.4s, as fast as a 1200hp bugatti veyron super sport

      Last pict a 80-120kph 1,335s.

      Hey Bernardo

It sounds kick ass on start up but as soon as you start driving it all goes static. We want to hear it loud proud and clear lol.
That car is killer keep it up

Delighted to see a completely different approach to a project! And great photos, it certainly makes one want to drive that unit hard, very, very hard.
