Name Bob Zook stamped on front of old first gen sbc

Picked up an old Camaro cheap from a girl who inherited it from her father who had passed. Car is nothing special but the engine is an old 010 block with 75cc heads, solid lifter cam, and the number and letters on the front edge of the block are gone, just the name Bob Zook. Anyone recognize that name? I was thinking it could possibly be an old LT-1 motor. Found the car in central PA. Thanks for any info.
