4L65E....best way to split the VSS signal??

Ive stumbled on an interesting problem....Ive got a 6.0L LS with a 4L65E and Im in the middle of installing Holley's Terminator TBI fuel injection for the LS motor. So far its been a straight forward install, but unfortunately, because it only uses the little hand held controller, the ECU isn't set up with any output signal for coolant temp, oil press, or VSS signal for the speedo. I worked around the coolant temp by just running a second sender in the passenger side head, and ran a wet oil line as Ive retained the factory gages. The last issue I have to sort out is how to split the VSS signal out of the trans so that I can share it with the Holley ECU and the speedometer.

My initial through is to fabricate a small Y harness that plugs into the VSS sensor on the trans and will share the signal between the ECU and speedo....any thoughts?
