Hey, just a heads up - I just am now wrapping up doing my Camaro with the QP rear end with Ride Tech four link. Be sure to check out your clearance between the lower shock mount and your rim. QP put the mount pads 1/2" too far out on each side in my case, and it caused some contact.

Thanks for heads up. On a previous mock up I decided to run the ridetech lower shock mounts and do away with the stock lower pad. IMO the ridetech lower looks way cooler with the cut outs. I double checked the lower arms going to the forward perch and mounted the wheels. I threw a couple migs tacks and sent the rear end to my TIG guy for pretty welds along with a new upper filler plug. Looks like my shock to rim clearance should be just right. So much stuff you figure out the hard way as you go. (-:

      Finally read for paint...

After some down time I finally picked my color and stripe. Decided on a very cool red and a hockey stripe that matches the titanium centers of the Rushforth wheels. Even these AMD hoods need massaging. Had to add some edges here and there for perfect gaps. Very happy with the progress now. Should be in paint next week. Most of the rear seams have been welded up and the back tail panel completely smoothed out. Going with Anvil carbon fiber bumber and carbon fiber spoiler. And finally start assembling everything.

Coming along nicely, really love the color. Looks like paint jail was a pretty short sentence compared to some other projects I've seen! You've come a long way, so keep up the progress!! Do you have goal for having the car back on the road? Your neighbors are going to **** when they see it all complete and painted!

The neighbors that laughed at my bare metal shell on a wooden crate! LOL I think end of next summer is a super hopeful time frame. Ive got a bedroom filled with brand new parts. But we all know how something goes wrong on most of the steps. This red in the sunlight is unreal.

      Finally out of jail

Got the car back last week from the body shop! Got the rear brake lines bent and flared. Installed the Anvil carbon bumper. Repuired some shaving from the back side pads for a nice tight body line fit! This things looks killer. Getting the interior Dynamat down and finally getting ready to apply the Raptor coating to the underside. So much to do. Just wanted to post an update after months and months of drooling on everyone's awesome progress pics!
