Here are the Part Numbers for the GM PWM Module Connector

      All,

Over the past several weeks, I have been conversing with Scott from TTI to obtain the part numbers for the GM pwm Fan Module connector. Scott at TTI was very helpful and was able to track down most of the part numbers with very little trouble. The small PWM signal terminal was hard to find and luckily for me, Andrew B used his local GM resource to track down this terminal. We are still in the process of prototyping a few of the small terminals to find the best one of the bunch. So...I have not fully tested all of these part numbers, but will share my experience when I get everything together. Most, if not all, of these parts are available in single piece quantities through Mouser. I believe that information like this should be free to the public.

      Body (Qty 1)
      478-9440101
      $8.58

      Large Terminal (Qty 4)
      478-23124472620060
      $3.45

      Large Terminal Seal (Qty 4)
      478-10800472742091
      $0.77

      Small Terminal Seal (Qty 1)
      478-10800444522091
      $0.10

      Small terminal plug (Qty 1)
      478-10800472631091
      $0.12

Apologies for my impatience, were you able narrow the selection for the small terminal at all?

571-2-964286-1 (that is the Mouser PN, the TE Connectivity PN is 2-964286-1) is by far the best terminal to use for the pwm signal wire.

      Thanks for the confirmation Andrew.

I went to the Mouser website to buy quantities of each but for all the parts (except the last small terminal) it says:

      Shipping Restrictions:
Mouser does not presently sell this product in your region.
      What's up with that?

Looks like I need to search for alternative places to buy.

      Thanks again!

I bought all the parts from Mouser, did you guys have to modify the plug in any way to use it with the controller? Mine will not physically fit in without grinding off two small tabs on the outside of the oval that goes into the controller.
      Thanks

Yes. You have to take a blade and open one of the keying cavities. Just look at it and you'll get it. It's simple.

Just to update this thread, I like 571-2-964286-1 for the small terminal. I guess I said that before, but just so we are clear :-)

It's easier than that...take a small needle nose pliers and twist the plastic pin out of the pwm controller. Comes out in 1.65 seconds with a simple twist. No need to modify the connector

      PWM Module

I don't mean to be ignorant but what is this for exactly?

Any new updates on the small terminal? It look like Andrew's choice is sold in large quantities only. I don't think I need 99 extra of these just laying around forever. Just wondering if any of the other numbers work.

      Mark,

I sure picked a fancy terminal...LOL...The truth is that the other part numbers will work just fine. Anything that starts with a 478 means that it is a Kostel part, which is probably more compatible with the connector. The TE Connectivity terminals I found by some accident and I felt it was "better." Whatever that means...

I'm planning a sniper install and would like to control my dual SPAL fans with the C6PWM and the Holley I/O. Looking at these part numbers,
      Body (Qty 1)
      478-9440101
      $8.58

Mouser says this part is not available. Has anyone else found this part elsewhere? My googlefu is failing me today.

      Thanks.

I don't think the Sniper has programmable pwm outputs, does it?

I found this harness and it led me to believe it would. Perhaps I should ask on the Holley forum?
