2016 Optima Rules Are Posted
The 2016 optima Rules were posted yesterday on the USCA website. Only a few minor changes were made from last year's rules. The only performance rule of importance only affects the GTL class. You can only lighten your car no more than 5% less than the manufacture's curb weight and you must possess that information and produce it when requested. Additionally, they changed the point system. In other words, no drastic changes for 2016.
I wonder how many cars/competitors this will affect?
