Stock hood latches can be downright flimsy and hard to fasten, not to mention rusty. We came out with a sturdy billet 6061-T6 aluminum hood latch for '67-'72 Chevy/GMC trucks to match the impressive powerplant you've been planning (or already installed). Let's face it, there is nothing more deflating than having a stout engine surrounded by crusty stock stuff. Am I right?



Our billet replacement has a thick billet aluminum base plate and billet stainless steel pilot pin. Stainless steel fasteners and billet aluminum washers are included. Colors include raw machined, highly polished, anodized or our variety of Fusioncoat offerings.
