hmm, I've always understood that a tight lobecenter favors the low end, but doesn't play nice with EFI. I thought thats part of the reason that most cams spec'd for EFI have pretty wide lobe centers, 110-114.

Have you run this combo though Desktop Dyno or the like to see how it'll perform?

106 will be very choppy at idle. I am wanting to have this thing on the track for some open days and Auto X events. I plan on revving to about 6200-6500 with a tight lope sep. I will ideally be in the powerband from about 2500-5k.

I am hoping I can tune a decent low end into it. But we will see.

Well I have been spending what time I have on trying to align the panels. It is giving me a headache....

But I got a new driver door. and my cowl hood came in!!

The driver door bar set up on the cage, does interfere with the door....

Off topic. I found a deal I couldn't pass up! last week.

      new truck!

Time to get back on this thing.

The Re-pop door I got for the driver side has taken more than a little massaging. But I have the doors and fender lined out.

The Cowl hood is ok, but jut that, its barely ok. I haven't worked with much fiberglass, but this thing will need some work. Had to modify the hood hinges just to fit. And it rubs all over.

With a little shaving I think I can get the hood pretty good. I am in the process of marking the fenders to get the exact fit after paint.

The fender and passenger door will be dropped off to the blaster next week, and il start the body work again..........'

The Front R-type valance I got also fits like a bag of D*^ks. So il see what can be done.

Got the rest of the parts for the motor and got her all assembled. With exception of pushrods, still waiting on those.

looking good! Real similar to my car. Luckily mine was pretty straight and fit together ok, but everything else has been a pain. I bought a 351 to build just before running into a deal on the LS.

      Looks great.

Is the Rhino Liner a roll-on or spray on product? I'm probably going to use a bed liner for the bottom of my car. Looks good using it for the front inner-fenders and rear wheel wells too. Thanks for the idea.

Where did you get the front valance? I'm thinking of using this one sold by Branda
      http://www.cobranda.com/rraapstb.html

You can run a front bumper with that one and that's the aggressive street look I'm going for...but I want one that fits better than a bag of d--ks.

The liner is Raptor liner. Can be had for about 100 buck with a gun. I have used it a bunch and its awesome.

I got it from Mustang Depot. I have heard the Maier ones are good too. But went cheap instead of trusted...................................

Had the deck lid, doors and fenders blasted. Then laid down epoxy primer as i had no idea how long it would be before i did anything.

This weekend, finally got the body work finished or close.
