Roll bar and rear bars are on. Dash is out. A pillar bars, dash bar, x door bar coming next.

Had to ditch the factory arm rest and switch location as well as the 3 door speakers for more clearance for the cage. Slow and steady…

Picked up the 397” motor yesterday. Dropped it at AutoFab for install.

I will have a 237 mile 2000 Cobra R motor for sale soon. A number of things have been done to it to improve performance.

2000 Cobra R motor is out and is sold.

Ran into a problem with the new motor. Apparently I purchased a brand new expedition timing cover. It sits 3/16” inward for some odd reason. Nothing lines up. Looking for a 1999-2001 Lincoln Navigator 4V timing cover preferably new. Going by have to swap timing covers.

American Powertrain. They sold me the wrong shifter for my Magnum T56. I am wondering if they will swap it out.?

The good news is American Powertrain will swap the shifters out. This one is for a TKO. Got to call them Monday. Good guys.

That's a stout cage. Looking good.

It should stiffen up the convertible body/ frame. There is more underneath. I need to take pictures of the undercarriage and all the small stuff too.
