Motech's 53 Chevy Pickup
We've been in the process of building this truck for about a year. Our goal is to enter it in the battle of the builder at SEMA 2016. Here's the rundown:
- Art Morrison GT Sport Chassis
- Wilwood 14 inch brakes,
- GM Performance LS3 Crate
- 4L60E trans
- Vintage Air A/C
- Griffin radiator
- Hand fabricated running boards
- Frenched taillights
- Custom rear roll pan
- 2 inch wider "false" bedsides instead of wheel tubs
- Hidden throttle body
- Infinity Box wiring system (previously ISIS)
- Carbon Fiber inner fenders
- Carbon Fiber bed cover
I hope to keep this thread updated as much as possible. Here's a couple pictures from when we first picked up the truck to fairly current.

Driverside running board mocked up. The running boards now run under the fenders to keep the gaps nice and tidy.

Had a chance to drop in and get a once-around on this truck and have to say it's going to be a nice build. Chris was making great progress on the fabrication so I'm sure update will be out soon. ����
