Subbing to see where the room for two turbos is going to be found. Cool build for sure.

Trying to get back on this. Life got in the way (Laid off, went back to school, new job, 7mo of PT from being rear-ended). Hopefully this will keep me pushing to get this car done!

Lots of body work. I painted it hotrod black to double check that it's laser straight. A couple of little areas that i'm not entirely happy with quite yet. I was planning on painting it blue, but i'm kind of digging the flat black. Jury is still out.

      Installed Kindig door handles

Shaved the gas cap and installed a flush mount Hot Match gas cap. Super small. It's a little bigger than the size of a gas nozzle.

Motor built and 62mm turbos purchased

Autometer gauges installed in a Scott Drake mustang gauge panel. Ididit Pro Lite column, NRG release.

Relocated the master cylinder behind the dash and the reservoirs are in the dash where the speaker would have been.

Last but not least: Helping dad with a new toy he picked up. 53' chevy 150. 1-owner car.

Good progress. The 53 needs the "derelict" treatment!

Can you tell me about that steering wheel? It kind of matches the wheels in my car minus the wood part?

I agree with you. Unfortunately, my dad and I have WILDLY different opinions. Looks like it's going to stay pretty much as is, just get it roadworthy.

Here is where I got it from. A lot of different options. I just wanted to have a nod to the vintage wood style.

Thanks! We had to cut the back of the headlight buckets just a bit in order to get the air2water intercoolers behind them.
