I'm in Mansfield. There are a number of other members who live in the area as well. I forget who exactly organizes it (relatively new to the area myself), but there is a huge car show at the BassPro Shop in Foxboro on a regular basis. I think Thursday evenings.

I would cruise if my car was back together. . . BUT I've got a ways to go before that happens again.

If your more hands on we have 2 new road courses that have come on line in the last 2 years which brings the total to 4 day trippable in New England. Lots of clubs that run reasonably priced events.

Is there still a cruise-in/car show in lowell along that river? I went to UMASS... 17 years ago and remember that it was a pretty big event.

Here is a list of shows and cruise nights that I know of. You can find a cruise night any night of the week within 10 miles.
I don't know how accurate or up to date any of the websites are.

My car won't win any trophies, but the shows give me a destination to cruise to, and cruise nights are free!
BassPro always has a few hundred cars. They once had nearly 2000 after being rained out a few weeks in a row. Every shape and size.

      Nantasket Beach Car show – June 14 – Hull,MA - http://www.nantasketbeachcarshow.com/
