Right now those are just white Avery address labels that I printed on and cut out. Once I am certain nothing will change I will have nice stickers made or I will send just the dash panel out to have them silk screened on.

Hi Larry. Any updates on your Camaro? I know you've been pretty busy with the home renovations and the moredoor. Hope to see progress continue on the Camaro. Love how the dash/gauges are turning out.

I love LED lights on old cars, but they never have the "E"-label on them, so they're completely illegal here in Germany and would get you towed if you get caught with them :-(

That video sold me. Placed my order for some upgraded headlights. Can't wait to get them installed and try them out. Going to be a huge improvement over the stock bulbs. Just hope they clear the RS doors.

Don't cut the size hole I said. I now see it's too big. I am ordering new buckets to do it again. I will reply soon.

I know others have done it and they worked well. I need to ask them for a size.

I think they have a new version that is legal for you to use now. Have you looked into these?

I found ones on JW's homepage that are ECE-compliant.
The German laws are a bit...complicated in their wording, but those might be approvable with only a few hundred Euros fee (rather than a ~12k certification that includes a splitter-test).
They're 7inch, so now I got to go and figure out if 7inches fit a 1960s Mustang, or I got to keep searching for fitting ones.
If that works out, that would be kinda awesome :-)

      Max,

Sixties American cars were simple. If a car had single headlights, then they were 7", and if the car had dual headlights, they were 5.75".

That sure solves one part of the challenge :-)
Now I might just send the webpage of the headlight to the TÜV and ask them what ECE-number they got in their database for that part.
If it's universal (rare): Good. If it's for the Mustang: Good. If it's only for Jeeps: Very bad.
I can pretty certainly say that I'm envying you guys for how little regulation there is on car-modification in North America.

JW Speaker headlight update: I'm now sure I can make these work. It will be a few weeks before I can get back to them but I think the EVO2 version may not be reasonably installed.

Work and life got in the way again. It's at JCG waiting for them to get time to hang all the heat exchanges and I have started to prep the wiring and programming.

All is well. Work is nuts. Worse now then ever. Just super busy and we are down a few key people so that makes it worse.

I sent it to JCG to do some work for me and it should return back to me mid June. I will post some updates on it then and the '55 that has had some drastic changes to it's plan.

Work a lot, have no time to play and buy lots of parts. That's been all that I have been able to do for a while. LOL!
