The tire bags used at RTMC to hold down the tent

Several people asked about the bags the tires were in that were tied to the timing tent in the autox area. They proved to be remarkably waterproof and durable while anchoring the tent during the event.

The bags used at RTMC were the small size and held a 275/40/17 tire with no difficulty. The large has close to 4 inches more depth and should hold up to a 345 series tire with ease. These are not as inexpensive as some options available on the market but are well made.
