Got some goodies in the mail today. Got the upper control arms and bump steer kit. Just waiting on the lowers and the upper ball joints which should be here next week. Might be able to get started on this next weekend. Also dropped the spindles off to get sand blasted today.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the seats. I do still need to figure out how I can lower them a little bit more though, but I am also 6'1".

Just curious, how long did it take to get the parts for PTFB? I am considering ordering some stuff but seen nighmares on how long it takes to get the parts from them.

Thank you. Right now is their busy time of year so when I placed my order I knew I was going to have to wait a little bit. He wasn't far off from what he gave me for estimated times. I'm also in the same state as them and we have had some bad weather which caused some delays. Anyway I waited about 4 weeks for the upper control arms and the bump steer kit. I should be receiving the lower control arms next week. I was also calling them every other week just to keep in contact and updated on the items. I have placed serveral orders with them in the past and received those items within a week. I usually placed those orders around June or July though. So I have had a good experiance with them and Dave (owner) is a good guy to talk to with plenty of knowledge. The quality of the products I bought have been outstanding as well.

Good to know. It just seems like his uppers are the best deal out there. The price is right, you get the tall ball joints and the 5 degrees caster built in.

Started tearing the front suspension down last night. Made good progress. Hoping to get the springs and control arms off tonight.

Had to order a couple of 1/8" wheel spacers for the front wheels. When I put them on they were hitting the face of the caliper. Should have them in a couple of days.

Bled the brakes last Thursday, but need to get the wheel alignment done before I really drive it anywhere. I was able to move it around my drive way and the brakes seems to work just fine. Won't know till I get out on the road at a decent speed. So since I'm waiting to get that done I went ahead and removed my headliner to redo that. Just want to recover it to hide the holes from the shoulder belts and the sun visors that I removed.

Got the Aluminum grilles I ordered. Supposed to be in satin black, but I would call it more like gloss. They look pretty good otherwise and a lot nicer than I was expecting.

Headliner is finished and the trim is back on. I do have a couple of wrinkles that are seen in the pictures. Hoping I can get those worked out. Now it's ready to go to the alignment shop on Thursday.
