Please sign up for the Hotel ASAP

      Hey guys ,
If anyone is going to be staying at the host hotel and socializing with all of us , please reserve your room ASAP.
As of today , the hotel was wondering if we were really coming because only a few people had reserved a room so far .
I assured them that we would take the rooms ..

So , If you're going to stay , get signed up .
We wan't to make a good impression.

Call Deondra Askew at Fairfield Inn to reversve your room .
      Her number is 770-305-0180

Thanks, I revserved mine today !
