When I saw that coil setup, made me wonder if it was like a Caravan coilpack and a Neon/Stratus coilpack, or if it was a Viper specific setup.

Looks awesome, can't wait to see the body back on!

My previous build has about 23,000 miles on it since completion, (about 7 years) but I do plan on driving this one further.

I thought the same, In fact the 6 coil is easy to find, and fairly cheap, however the 4 is practically non-existent and more than twice the price of the 6, go figure..

Great project, I really like the way you are building this beast. Keep up the good work.
      My half a$$ed build thread.https://www.pro-touring.com/threads/...elle-6-0-4L60E

Tighten it till it strips & back it off a quarter turn.

Yes, I'm using the same setup as an LS. The corvette regulator/filter combo.

Wiring is progressing along nicely, everything from the firewall forward is done, horns, lights, fans, etc. Now just laying out everything inside, and for the rear of the truck.

Interesting wire routing for the fans. Are those Anderson Power Poles? I used to use those on my RC cars, but then moved on to Deans connectors, because they were a tighter fit and then went to Traxxas connectors because they were easier to grip to pull apart than the Deans. Nowadays, I use XT60 (they also have other sizes like XT40, etc. I believe) because they seem to work nearly as well at a fraction of the price. But I mainly use them for speaker wire connections now.

Yes, they are Power poles, I used to use them back in my R/C days also. I'm going to cover them with heat shrink, so they won't come apart, and not look so bad.

Wow I’ll say it’s looking like a truck again! That’s looking good.
My car is out getting the wiring and A/C done. I‘m hoping to go see it once I’m out of jail.
