Gas Tank is finally mounted (22 Gal. Mustang). It took a while to box the rear frame rails, then weld in 1 1/4" box tubing, and use (13) 1/4" riv-nuts. The best part is it fit perfectly between the frame rails, so when I want to remove it, It just drops out from the bottom...

Nice job, it looks like the tank was made especially for the frame. It was worth all the time you spent on it.

OK, I haven't been slacking off, I've been sick as a dog. After 2 weeks of not much progress, I finally got out to the shop and welded in the rear suspension. Also got my headers installed, I'll bet I lost 50lbs off the nose.

I'm gonna have to modify the motor mount, but it should have plenty of room.

I really love the stance of that truck.
Hint: If you can, make that panhard rod longer.
